Job Description:
The Space Superiority Division Deputy Chief Engineer (CE) provides senior engineering management oversight of Division programs to include all phases of development through sustainment.
The CE has strong technical and programmatic breadth and ensures Division programs are following established engineering processes and practices and is accountable for engineering execution on Division programs.
The Division CE is deployed to the Division GM, with Engineering direct reports for selected programs and areas of the business.
Division CE essential functions are as follows:
Essential Functions:
Accountable for engineering execution on Division programs (cost, schedule, technical) Understand missions, customer sets, drives technical strategy within division Responsible and manages program technical issue resolution and ensures true root cause is identified Responsible and ensures program risks/opportunities processes and practices are implemented followed Supports new business pursuits to include all phases of business campaigns and proposal processes, may serve as a technical leader for new pursuits.
Responsible for Division Technical Roadmaps and owns IRAD execution within division Identifies opportunities for engineering improvements (e3) for people, process, and tools within division Ensures engineering initiatives are adopted within division Ensures program/pursuit staffing demand for engineering is defined and documented in StaffIt within division Responsible and manages program design change process Engineering POC for program accomplishments, issues, highlights, weekly status within division Ensures readiness for design reviews within division Drives to ensure adoption of common architecture frameworks and prevent unique product implementation at proposal phase/concept design within division Lead/establish Independent Review Teams within division Ensures qualification baselines are maintained
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 14 years of prior related experience or a Graduate degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior experience related to Space System and Space Domain Awareness experience.
Familiarity with Department of Defense and/or US Intelligence Community Active TS/SCI security clearance required Preferred Additional Skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
