General Job Description
You're detail-oriented and thrive when given a chance to put your organizational skills to the test. In this role you will work under limited supervision to administer the overall operations of the records office, including the management of student records, petitions, graduation process, and the monitoring of academic guidelines, the degree audit reporting system, and related matters. You will utilize your professionalism to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You'll also assist in the management of the registration process, produce student schedules, and evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems, ensuring appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, company, and regulatory agencies in compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Most importantly, you will make a difference in the lives of many.
Job Responsibilities:
o Oversee all articulation processes, activities, and programs; manage the transfer of student academic records as appropriate
o Maintain student academic records
o Manage grade and transcript processing
o Coordinate the grade petition process
o Process all necessary paperwork for students
o Work with administration to ensure proper paperwork is completed
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
o Maintain class schedules and curricular/degree inventories; update catalogs as appropriate
o Minimum 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
o Bachelor's degree preferred
o Proprietary and CampusVue experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
