is seeking a Potential Partner Recruiter for the Military Spouse Employment Partnership program with a strong bias for action, who has a mission for service and will recruit qualified organizations to join the Military Spouse Employment Partnership.
The successful individual will manage the full life cycle of lead development to successfully convert potential partner organizations into membership within the Military Spouse Employment Partnership.
This person must be a team player and be able to work independently.
This person will work as a full-time employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc.
supporting the DoD Spouse Education Career Opportunities contract.
The MSEP department is fast paced, team oriented, and passionate group committed to supporting military spouses and their families.
Essential Job FunctionsManage the MSEP recruiting process and collaborate with MSEP leadership and team members to ensure robust recruitment activity is in place to drive new employer organizations into partnership.
Strategic Sourcing - Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified organizations for membership within MSEP.
Utilize Internet online industry, trade and other business institution resources to identify and recruit candidates for application; develop and maintain contacts with businesses, schools, alumni groups, and other targeted industries to find and attract military-friendly organizations.
Program Ambassador - Coordinate and participate in events and make public presentations to schools, industry groups and large-scale job fairs to promote the SECO and MSEP mission.
(AUSA, AFA, virtual events, Veteran based Initiatives, Diversity events) Applicant Management -Screen and refer organizations for additional MSEP vetting and interviews with the U.
S.
Department of Defense; Provide program communications and work with Potential Partner vetting team to facilitate MSEP application and vetting process.
Convey our Value Proposition - evaluate program needs and proactively identify new methods to seek out organizations well positioned to recruit, hire and retain military spouses.
Support Business Objectives - Responsible for activity reporting as it relates to our potential partner recruitment services and key performance indicators.
They include, but are not limited to, weekly sourced leads, outreach activity, lead conversion to application, application approvals.

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThere are no supervisory responsibilities for this job.
Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or human resources-related field OR four years' experience providing social services, behavioral health or adult training.
Two (2) years corporate business development, membership sales, or service marketing experience required.
Three (3) years' experience in training development and delivery, public speaking, group presentation and facilitation skills, preferable in an adult education, medical or non-medical setting.
Two (2) years' experience supervising or overseeing the delivery of social services and/or education programs, systems and services.
Strong Microsoft Office experience; specifically with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
You will need to complete and clear the full government background check process based on your role.

Pay Range:
$62,000 - $68,200PLEASE NOTE:
The Zeiders pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
