What you will be doing as a Virginia State Inspector:
- Performing State Inspections with efficiency and accuracy - Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment - Assisting with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicating directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
What we are looking for:
- Valid, up to date VA State Inspectors license - Valid VA Driver's License - Must have at least 5 years of experience as an auto technician - Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Team Player - Must have a valid driver's license - Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred Work Hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Saturday 8am-2pm Located in Woodbridge, VA Job Type:
