00Job PurposeDemonstrate proper skating and hockey techniques and perform various administrative and supervisory activities.
Duties and Responsibilities Teach hockey skills to guests and class participants Instruct participants on hockey rules and regulations Accurately evaluate placements of students for hockey instruction Prepare and sign all certificates and course record sheets Actively recruit new skaters and lesson participants Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately Educate all guests on proper and safe procedures required for ice activities Effectively use customer service skills to control customer interactions Communicate all information verbally and in writing to supervisors and subordinates Enforce all rules regarding rink policies and operating procedures Maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff Attend scheduled staff meetings Any other duties as assigned Recommended Skills Administration Customer Service Skating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
