This position will require travel to other Sentara facilities in Charlottesville, VA, Harrisonburg, VA, and South Boston, VA.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors level degree and an ASCP or AMT certification.
Also must have 5 years of related experience.

Interfaces and collaborates with leadership, medical and laboratory staff to establish and implement ongoing compliance, survey readiness, and to meet accreditation and compliance goals.
Researches and obtains clarity of standard compliance requirements while keeping leadership informed on progress.
Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences acceptable.
Experience required must be within the Laboratory arena in Accreditation and regulatory; or Laboratory Leadership; or Quality Improvement.
Must possess understanding of regulatory accreditation agency standards.
Strong computer spreadsheet and graphic software skills required.
