00Job PurposePerforms a variety of customer service related duties as well as assisting the manager on duty with general supervision of facility and its programsDuties and Responsibilities Interact with customers both in person and over the phone Communicate professionally both in writing and verbally to customers and staff Answer phone and provide accurate answers to customer questions Route calls to appropriate personnel Handle registration for memberships and facility programs Receive payments and fees for memberships and facility programs Accurately record payments and issues receipts Accurately count down drawer and maintains cash drawer balance Accurately enter information into database Maintain front desk area Make renewal calls and past due balance calls as assigned Any other duties as assigned Recommended Skills Customer Service Databases Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
