Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all activities and procedures in the warehouse and oversee all incoming/outgoing shipments from the warehouse.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Ensure all shipments are weighed within 48 hours of arrival at warehouseKeep records of all shipments from third partiesEnsure forklifts, plumbing scales, security system and fire alarms remain operationalEnsure there is sufficient material for employees to complete jobsComplete inventory of all material and storage units on a monthly basisEnsure that shipments are stored in the warehouse in an orderly mannerEnsure that outside containers are stored neatly and orderlyEnsure warehouse meets RSMO and MTO guidelinesCharge and keep track of weight tickets for office and public useAssist in loading and unloading shipments when necessaryKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Interpersonal communicationKnowledge of company softwareAbility to multitaskConflict management skillsKnowledge of DOT regulationsKnowledge of government regulations as it applies to movingAbility to operate forkliftRequired Education and

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
