JOB DUTIES
- Conduct screens and evaluations of patients to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs for patients based on their specific needs and goals
- Provide therapy services to patients using the most current techniques following physician orders.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current VA Physical Therapy state licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
